CONTRAINDICATIONS -

• Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver's license or ID card.

• Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If you have keloids, or are prone to keloid scarring.

• If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.

• If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis on or around the treated area or excessive sweating, it may affect the your healing process.

• Must wait a minimum 2 weeks after Botox injections around the treated site.

• If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications

• If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior.

• If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions.

• If you have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia or other bleeding disorders.

• If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor. If you are diabetic you need to email a doctors note to browsbynesa@gmail.com

FOR LIP BLUSH & NEUTRALIZATIONS

• If you are prone to cold sores (HSV-1), you will need to take an antiviral 3 days before & 3 days after the lip procedure.

• How to get a prescription:

• Request one from your Doctor
• Order from hellowisp.com (without Doctors prescription)
• Take OTC L-Lysine vitamin to help prevent or alleviate cold sores from occurring (antivirals are more affective)

• Lip filler is okay 1 month before or 1 month after the lip blush treatment
FOR EYELINER & EYELASH ENHANCEMENT

• If you use a lash serum stop 1 week prior to your treatment

• Cannot have eyelash extensions on the day of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.

We do require a deposit of $50 in order to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Please note that all sales are finals and no refunds will be issued.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE / CANCELATION POLICY

A minimum of 72 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a $50 non refundable charge to the card on file. If you are feeling sick within the 72 hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctors note so that we can transfer your deposit.

Same day cancelation will result in a $100 non refundable charge to the card on file. We reserve 3 hours for each new client. Unfortunately, with such short notice we do not have the opportunity to allow another client in for the treatment. We will also charge half of the remaining balance of the service. The half of the remaining balance charge will be applied to your new reschedule date.

Appointment reminders will be sent to each client via email and text messaging 1 week, 72 hour & 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm to your appointment within 24 hours may result in an automatic cancelation of your appointment and forfeit of your d

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Failure to show up to your appointment without any notice will result in a charge of half the cost of the service to the card on file. Please understand that no showing is taking time away from other clients. If you no show without any communication you will not be allowed to re-book in the future.

APPOINTMENT LATE POLICY

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. We schedule clients back to back so being late can cut into the next treatment and is not fair to the client after you. Being more than 15 minutes will be treated as a same day cancelation and you will be charged half of the service as well as a $100 non refundable fee.

TREATMENT

A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.

TOUCH- UPS /CORRECTIONS

Touch Up appointments must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done and we withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Premature booking may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your booking fee. After 12 weeks, this will be considered a different service and will be charged accordingly.

Touch up 3-5 month appointments must be booked 3-5 moths from your last visit with us. This is service is for BROWS BY NESA clients only.

Touch up 6-9 month appointments are for The Newport Brow clients only. The treatment is for clients who received their last session 6-9 months prior.

Annual Touch Up appointments are for BROWS BY NESA clients only. The treatment is for clients who received their last session 10-17 months prior.

Touch Up Appointments 18-24 months are for BROWS BY NESA existing clients only. The treatment is for clients who received their last session 18-24 months prior.

Any bookings after 24 months will be considered a new session.

If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must first decide if we are able to help achieve the goals you are wanting as some previous permanent make up may be too dark to work over. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your booking fee.

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.
